Withdrawal of Consent

1. Right to Withdraw. Under Art. 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

2. How to Withdraw. You can withdraw consent by: (a) in the app: Profile → Documents → Withdraw Consent; (b) on the website: Withdrawal of Consent page; (c) by email: privacy@labuboria.com, stating your account email and "I withdraw my consent to personal data processing".

3. Consequences. After withdrawal: (a) consent-based processing stops (geolocation, marketing emails); (b) data required for contract performance or legal obligations continues to be processed on the relevant legal basis; (c) some features may become unavailable (map, booking, check-in). Full data deletion is available via account deletion.
