Delete Account

1. Right to Erasure. Under Art. 17 GDPR ("right to be forgotten") and applicable law, you have the right to request full deletion of your account and associated personal data. 2. How to Delete: (a) in the app: Profile → Documents → Delete Account; (b) on the website: Delete Account page; (c) by email: privacy@labuboria.com. 3. What Will Be Deleted: account data (email, nickname, settings), booking and check-in history, reviews and ratings, geolocation data, loyalty points. 4. Timeline. Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation. Data required by law (accounting records, security logs) is retained for the legally mandated period. 5. Irreversibility. Account deletion is permanent. Data recovery after deletion is not possible.
