Terms of Service
1. General. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the operator of Labuboria Quiet Corner ("Service", "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
2. Service Description. Labuboria Quiet Corner is an interactive map of quiet places (cafes, libraries, coworking spaces, meditation zones) with booking, check-in, ratings, and SOS features. The Service is available via web app and mobile platforms.
3. Registration and Account. Using the Service requires email registration. You must provide accurate information and not share account access with third parties. You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.
4. Acceptable Use. Prohibited: (a) posting false reviews or ratings; (b) spam, fraud, or malicious activity; (c) unauthorized access attempts to the Service or other users' data; (d) intellectual property infringement; (e) using the Service for illegal purposes.
5. User Content. Reviews, ratings, and other user content belong to their authors. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the Service. We may remove content that violates the Terms or applicable law.
💳 Payments and Subscriptions
During the beta period, all features are free. Upon commercial launch, subscriptions and payments will be processed through certified providers (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent). Payment terms will be published separately.
Refunds are provided in accordance with the withdrawal policy and applicable consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU for EU, local laws for other regions).
Payments made through App Store / Google Play are subject to the respective platform's terms.
🤝 Partner Program
Venue owners (partners) may register their location in the catalog. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of information about their venue.
Partner program terms and commissions are defined in a separate agreement.
🛡️ Verification
If fraud or Terms violations are suspected, we may request identity verification in accordance with applicable KYC/AML requirements.
