By using Labuboria, you agree to follow the rules of respectful communication and not to abuse the service (spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content).

You are responsible for the content you upload and share. Some features may be gated by plan or may be unavailable in certain regions while testing is in progress.

Camera/masks/stories/calls: features may require camera and microphone access. Masks may be 2D/3D; 3D generation may be provided by third‑party services.

Availability: some features may be unavailable in certain regions or be in testing.

Wallet and payments

If you pay for a Marketplace deal or use Wallet features, you agree to the Payments and Refunds policies (v1) and the Marketplace Rules (v1).

Currency and payment methods depend on region and provider. We support multi-currency representations (e.g. USD/USDT). Platform fees and payment purpose are described in the policies.

Each invoice includes a link to the versioned terms/rules (terms_url) effective at the time of payment, to ensure auditability and dispute resolution.

Marketplace (fixed-price deals)

A deal is created on fixed listing terms. For account-asset deals, seller consent (Accept/Decline) may be required before payment.

Platform fees and asset transfer/hold rules (including locks and refunds) are described in Marketplace Rules (v1) and Refunds Policy (v1).

KYC/AML and anti-fraud

To protect users and meet compliance requirements, we may request additional data and identity verification when anti-fraud checks trigger or when limits are exceeded.

Legal documents are versioned as v1. Full text is available in the app (Profile → Documents) and in the project repository (docs/legal/v1).
