Privacy policy
Updated: 2026-02-06 (v1)
Labuboria is an app and a web client for messaging. This page describes baseline principles of how data is handled in the service.
We process only what is needed to operate the product: account identifiers (email/phone), settings, and the content you choose to upload (media and assets).
Camera/microphone access is requested only for features that require it (camera, masks, calls) and can be disabled in device or browser settings.
We rely on infrastructure for storing and delivering data (including a database and file storage). Data region is selected by the user on first sign-in.
You can request consent withdrawal or account deletion using the legal screens in the app (Profile → Documents).
If you have questions, contact us via the Support page on this website.
If you use Wallet/Marketplace: we may request additional information for compliance and anti-fraud (KYC/AML) when necessary, within the scope of the policy.
The current legal texts are fixed as a version (v1) and are available in the app and in the project repository (docs/legal/v1).
For protected chats, the chat owner may enable forwarding lock and screenshot limits. Availability and enforcement depth depend on platform-level capabilities.
Legal documents are available on the website and in the app. Wallet/Marketplace uses a fixed version (v1) and invoices contain versioned links for auditability.
